When you have the knowledge it doesn’t mean you’ve got the skills to use it. When you acquire skills to apply your knowledge it doesn’t mean you’ve learned how to sustain your skills. When you’ve managed to integrate your knowledge and your skills to understand systems you may have started your life journey of a systems thinker.

很多人把跳舞當作一個很難學習的生活技能, 我常常聽到了:我學舞已經太晚/我學舞已經太老了… 我跟這些客戶說:我最多跳舞的經驗都來自我已經很大人的時候😄,大學畢業後才開始重新跳舞,您也一定可以!😁 我小時候在俄羅斯(西伯利亞)開始跳國標舞但跳幾年後就放棄了因為家裡的經濟不夠讓我維持這興趣。後來,我來台灣讀書,畢業以及開始工作,存錢以去重新學舞。 舞蹈💃不只一個生活技能,它也是一種健身。跳舞是身體和心裡的健康因為跳舞的時候我們可以跟其他人社交以及交朋友。再來,跳舞也是跟你的身體一種溝通;學舞和練舞讓你理解你身體的能力和健康度。我們現在的人太多時間花在無動身體的環境以及過度使用手機&電腦。根究許多研究我們這一種生活方式已影響到我們的精神和身體的健康。我一直在想這樣還蠻浪費社會的資源,例如說:健保,這樣也增加已經很辛苦的醫療員工的工作。 社會資源也是我們珍貴自的然資源;我們大家可以透過舞蹈的身體和精神的健身多一點節省資源。我們大家可以多一點脫離我們的小工具以多一點專注我們美麗的世界為了幫助自己同時幫助社會。 留心,保持健康並生活在此時此刻。 Stay mindful, stay healthy and be present.
